These are also available on the Route Details page in the app.
- To ensure operational success when picking up a route at the sortation center, plan to arrive within the arrival window, not before or after it.
- If you happen to arrive early or need to re-sort your packages after pickup, you should only park on Target property and avoid prohibited areas such as neighboring parking lots or properties.
- After scanning the gate code to enter the facility, follow the arrows around the building to the parking lanes.
- Put your vehicle in park, remain in your vehicle, and scan the parking QR code.
- Wait for the stoplight at the front of your parking lane to turn green.
- Proceed carefully into the sortation center in order based on the parking spot number that you scanned. This ensures that the correct cart will be waiting by your parking spot.
- Wait in your vehicle until the TV screen indicates you can exit.
- The cart with your packages will be next to your parking spot. Make sure you have your safety vest on and proceed to load your vehicle.
- If you don't have a safety vest, you can borrow one from the sortation center and return it before exiting the facility. You can also purchase your own from the Shipt Shop!
- Top drivers suggest loading the packages into your vehicle in the manner you see fit before exiting the sortation center.
- Once loading is complete, return the cart and you may depart the building.
If you need assistance while at the sortation center, you may ask to speak with the onsite Shipt representative.
